Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase within the first 14 days of receipt. Refunds can be obtained within 14 days of the original purchase with receipt. All merchandise being returned must be in its original packaging and purchase condition.

Products opened or partially used after 14 days of receipt will be offered a merchandise credit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy:
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
